The Market of the Future
The Belt and Road Initiative represents one of the largest trade ecosystems of which Italy is a part. China is the 9th largest destination market for Italian exports and the 1st largest destination market in Asia-Pacific. Moreover, in the future, the newly signed RCEP agreement will favour the development of new opportunities.

Year of the Culture and Tourism Italy-China
The celebrations for the Sino-Italian Year of Culture and Tourism have been rescheduled from 2020 to 2022 as a symbol of the renewal of the exchange of knowledge and culture between Italy and China, which underpins the Belt and Road peace process.
